Our workshop has been making shoes for shepherds, workers, hikers and city dwellers for almost a century. This small Pyrenean workshop, which was destined to disappear in 2016 for lack of a successor in the family, took on a new lease of life that same year, under the impetus of a new team. The special feature of this workshop is that each pair of shoes is made to order, and can be fully customised or made to measure if the foot so requires!
We have been awarded the "Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant" (Living Heritage Company) label, a company of excellence, because we are the holders of a particular know-how that is highly prized by calceophiles: Norwegian stitching.
As well as preserving our know-how, the managers of this workshop are also motivated by the need to maintain local jobs and the assurance that they will be making long-lasting, personalised shoes.
Shoes from the Le Soulor 1925 workshop are made to last and can all be resoled.
