Behind the Deckchair
In 2015, a Brit (Andy) and an Aussie (Ben) started Dock & Bay as they wanted to create the ultimate quick drying towel. They pulled down a red curtain from the wall and stuck pieces of white paper to it, creating their first towel design with our now iconic stripes.
And the rest, as they say, is history… With their shared love of travel and not taking themselves too seriously, they’ve made Dock & Bay (with the help of an amazing team) a global lifestyle brand, releasing awesome new products across the areas of beach & travel, home & beauty and sports & fitness.

In 2020, we made the move to make all our products from 100% recycled materials and we give 5% of all our net profits to charities we care about each year. We aren’t perfect, but we are doing our bit. We’re honest, educational and committed to the cause. We take our sustainability and diversity credentials seriously and are on a continuous journey to improve.
