FILIPPO's pop up restaurant at Pitti Uomo
Edition 103
FILIPPO, the food and wine establishment renowned for its quality and deliciousness, is hosting a pop-up restaurant at the Fortezza da Basso during Pitti Uomo. On the Upper Floor of the Central Pavilion, FILIPPO will bring a complete offer, re-creating every aspect of the experience of its Pietrasanta and Forte dei Marmi restaurants.

FILIPPO brings to the table the craftsmanship that sets him apart in the kitchen: homemade pasta, highlighting the work of local producers, with a particular focus on the service, bringing to life a proper restaurant in line with the style and philosophy of its patron: simplicity, quality, and craftsmanship.

The pop-up is open from 9 am to 6 pm, offering Italian breakfast, with homemade cakes and croissants, at the restaurant bar, as well as a special delivery service available to all Central Pavilion exhibitors.

From 11:30 am onward, the gastro-bistro counter will start its takeaway service; and from 12 noon, the restaurant hall will open its doors with a multi-time slot service. The menu features a selection of FILIPPO’s signature dishes – the famous meatballs, the tordelli, and the Chianti’s roast beef – with the addition of extra courses explicitly designed for the Pitti Uomo audience. A small wine list is also available to satisfy the most discerning palates, ranging from whites and reds from Tuscany to Champagne.

From 4 pm until 6 pm, the bar will take center stage with a small cocktail selection created especially for the occasion.
