How to become one of us
Here’s the procedure for applying to take part as an exhibitor:
A. Companies wanting to participate must write an email to: [email protected]
B. You will then be asked to fill in an application form for your brand and company for approval by the Technical Committee. This application form requires you to provide a series of information about your brand and its history, your company profile and product positioning; all elements needed for evaluation by the Technical Committee
C. Following a meeting of the Technical Committee, Pitti Immagine will notify each of the companies having made an application with the acceptance or refusal by the Technical Committee.
D. Pitti Immagine will then contact those companies whose application was successful to evaluate possible participation, subject to the stands available at the event.

Need to buy your Entrance pass?
A limited number of staff may enter the fair free of charge; exhibitors have the right to free passes for owners and a certain number of staff depending on the stand area. Extra Pittismart can be bought. Passes can only be used by the person named on it. In the event of improper use of the above-described pass by an exhibiting company, Pitti Immagine reserves the right to exclude said company from future editions of the fair.
Children under 12 years are not allowed to enter the fair. For the entry of children over the age of 12, it is necessary to purchase the regular digital ticket.

FORTEZZA DA BASSO_ Viale Filippo Strozzi 1 Florence
The Autostrada del Sole (A1 motorway) links Florence with Bologna and Milan to the north and Rome and Naples to the south. The Firenze Mare (A11) motorway links it with Lucca and the Tyrrhenian coast off the Genoa-Livorno A12 motorway. We recommend taking the Firenze Ovest exit, the closest one to the exhibitors car park in Viale Guidoni on the corner of Via Sandro Pertini.

Pitti Immagine offers all buyers a free one-way train ticket from Florence to Pisa Airport.
Tickets can be requested directly at the ACI Blueteam agency desk at the Fortezza da Basso.
Please note that tickets cannot be issued or reimbursed for travel from Pisa Airport to Florence.
Guglielmo Marconi Airport in Bologna
Located 100 km from Florence, Bologna’s airport is connected to Florence by train and bus services.

Reserved Parking
Pitti Immagine reserves a dedicated parking area for its exhibitors. Further information will be provided via MyPitti.
Bus Navette
A free shuttle bus service is provided between the Fortezza da Basso and the reserved parking area.
