Founded in 2009 by three friends from Stockholm and Melbourne, NEUW was born out of a shared passion for travel and entrepreneurship. The brand's name pays tribute to Nieuwlandstraat, Brussels, the city in which creative director and co-founder Pär Lundqvist first began reimagining vintage denim. By using his pattern-making expertise to transform iconic workwear into contemporary fashion, this innovative approach became the brand's core design principle. In 2025, NEUW embarks on a new journey with a complete overhaul—introducing new silhouettes, branding, and a fresh new look. This transformation isn’t due to anything being broken but stems from our belief that evolution keeps life exciting.
