When designer Qiuxiong was young, he worked as a makeup and styling apprentice for several years. During this time, he witnessed countless people being meticulously adorned—some even sculpted to perfection—stepping confidently into the spotlight. Yet, as he observed their expressions under the glare of the stage lights, he felt an inexplicable sense of sorrow. In those moments, though they appeared flawless, they weren’t their authentic selves.

Natural, pure, simple, and unadorned things that come from the heart are truly beautiful. Take a tree, for instance. Whether it stands tall in a field or grows humbly on a mountainside, it emanates beauty effortlessly. This is the natural charm bestowed by the earth—a tree’s purest beauty.
