The 2026 Pitti Immagine Prize goes to UniCredit, one of the most important European banking groups and the main partner of the Pitti trade shows since 2020, when our shows were held exclusively online.
Through good times and bad times, UniCredit has supported the excellent Italian companies that—through Pitti—represent themselves on the high-end international market: clothing and textiles, agri-food, sophisticated perfumery, publishing, and cutting-edge digital technologies. And recently, together with the Centro di Firenze per la Moda Italiana, the Academy's training projects, aimed at the new generations of fashion creatives and entrepreneurs and developed in collaboration with the best Italian schools in the field. The strategy and commitment that have led UniCredit to support the national industry in the transition towards internationalization, sustainability and corporate responsibility, and digitalization, have inspired joint activities for the benefit of the Pitti trade shows exhibitors in these crucial years. This is the reason for this recognition, with the certainty that the coming seasons will be equally intense and the hope of being able to further learn from the experiences and knowledge of UniCredit, which, as always, are supported by people of great quality.
