Canali has once again chosen the setting of Florence to present its spring /summer 2020 collection on the occasion of the 30th edition of Pitti Immagine Uomo. Inside the historic Palazzo Ximènes, a mise-en-scène arrangement tells the story of a quiet and intimate Italian summer which takes place in the tranquility of a house surrounded by greenery. The collection interprets informal atmospheres with a touch of refined modernity: ultralight sartorial garments alternate with featherweight Saharan suits, jacquard knits with geometric weaves are matched with drawstring trousers and Bermuda shorts. The natural fabrics such as linen blends, seersucker and pure cotton espouse soft silhouettes and define a style that embraces the summer season with an elegant nonchalance.
