The LA PAUSA mission is to design, create, and develop meaningful products while constantly thinking of new ways to have a positive impact on every stage of production. 
Our factories are constantly innovating their production processes to ensure that they can best prevent any amount of unfavorable waste, as well as using the best possible technology and raw material.

We only choose to work with factories who meet our standards on employment rights, ensuring that their workers are paid a proper living wage, given adequate health and safety protection and are free from any form of discrimination or harassment in the workplace. 

There are no production lines at LA PAUSA. 

Each garment is constructed by the same person from beginning to end. The employees who craft them are fully qualified, and are chosen for their accuracy, knowledge and technique.

All of the employees during manufacturing are educated on the importance of environmental issues. The companies they work with ensure that they understand why being conscious is crucial for sustainable production in their places of work.
