Buyers Select focuses on key buyers, who share their ten favourite pieces from Pitti Connect brands.

The Head of Retail and Buying for Wood Wood, Jens Wiinblad was born and raised in Copenhagen. As part of the Wood Wood buying team for over 10 years, he was appointed head of buying in 2015.

Working closely with the co-founders and Creative Director to maintain the essence of the brand, Wiinblad ensures the customer experience is contemporary, relevant, and inspiring.

We speak to Wiinblad who expands on his 10 favorite pieces from Pitti brands.

Clarks Originals

The Wallabee has been in the footwear selection of the Wood Wood stores since I can remember, and the classic maple suede color way is my favorite execution of the shoe.

Harris Wharf London

A brand I recognize for high quality fabrics, sophisticated and timeless designs. I usually look for their classic wool coats.

C.P. Company

In similar ways to Massimo Osti’s other brands I find the innovative designs and fabrics fascinating. Also, the brand reminds me of being with good friends in the stadium for a football game.

The story of this family-owned company is unique. They have several classics in their portfolio, but the iconic Michael is my favorite style.
