One of the trends for the up-and-coming fall/winter is “Dandy”, or rather a revamping of formal elegance. Making headway are over jackets and velvet. Contrary to forecasts, we have witnessed a reversal that has led designer towards sartorial elegance, the silhouette, and cuts and colors that are more or less norms in menswear. The most popular colors this coming fall will include earthy, warm, wrap-around and reassuring tones. The various nuances of brown will be the undisputed protagonists of clothing and accessories. From camouflage to combat boots, military elegance rediscovers its more pleasant and less aggressive side, closer to fashion and to an ideal of creativity more than ever before. The proposal for fall/winter 2021 is characterized by functionality: multiple pocket garments, multiple pocket accessories, explorer boots that become urban shoes, and technical capes in place of trench coats.

A must-have element for the coming fall/winter is without a doubt the patchwork of fabrics, techniques and patterned prints with an artsy, artistic touch. Free reign is given over to patterns, bold matchings of jacquard motifs, stitching, and geometric and floral-printed embroideries. This trend invades every category of apparel: jackets, blouses, trousers and accessories. The look is naturally whimsical and fun, and perfect for experimentation!
