Brand Profile
Born from the hip-hop movement, Alexandre Guarneri creates the first french streetwear brand in 1992 : Homecore. Since its creation, the brand has been inspired by the core principles of the creator of the Zulu Nation movement DJ Afrika Bambaataa : peace, love, unity & having fun.
The overly bling-bling turn of Rap, spearheaded by Hip-hop culture, encourages Alexandre Guarneri to explore freer horizons. Drawing on his multicultural background and driven by a desire to bring people together, Alexandre imagines a new direction for Homecore while keeping the same core principles that constructed the brand.
Today, Homecore offers a timeless and essential wardrobe inspired by spiritual values based on the search of balance and grounding. Our conscientious and human-centric approach starts at the very first sketch and progresses all the way to the in-store experience. At every step of the way, the dedication of every team member contributes to crafting garments embodying a balanced, unpretentious yet assertive style for the wearer.
Our goal is to make clothes that make you feel good just the way you are, so you can be in harmony with yourself as well as the world surrounding us.
