THE CONCEPT
flavialarocca's concept is to propose a new attitude towards clothing. A responsible and smart way to dress up.
Entire collections built on modular concept. The clothes, genderless and not, are composed of interchangeable modules that, through the use of hidden zippers, can be detached and matched again to create different combinations. Modules from different seasons can be mixed together to create a never ending wardrobe. The design is based on bold and geometric lines, a dialogue between seasonal perspectives and a timeless but also modern and functional design.
SUSTAINABLE WHY? The entire process and the concept itself of collections reduces the waste of water, energy and raw materials, bearing in mind the importance of protecting our planet.
The possibility to wear the same piece of clothing in different ways or to renew it instead of throw it away makes the life cycle of the product longer.
The pieces are made out of natural, recycled or made by new technologies materials to reduce the environmental impact.
Also processes as dyeing are made using only natural or recycled pigments.
The ethical production is entirely Made in Italy in order to cut down CO2 emissions and limit the transport's environmental impact.
We directly control our supply chain to be sure that respects the planet as well as the people on it.
Winner of the "Franca Sozzani GCFA Award for the Best Emerging Designer" at the Green Carpet Fashion Awards Italy 2019, finalist at the first Vogue Yoox Challenge the brand has already attracted the attention of international press and celebrities.
From the National Geographic cover in March 2020 to Telegraph UK which selected it as one of the 8 "Brands to Watch", or Vogue Italia which included it in its Talents and with which it participated in various initiatives and many others.
