At Pitti Uomo 102, e-P Summit – the Pitti Immagine event dedicated to the digital future of fashion – presents the special talk "Web3 & The Metaverse: A new era of Brand engagement." The session is organized in collaboration with Accenture, one of the partners of the recent edition of the Summit event, held on 4 and 5 May at the Stazione Leopolda in Florence.
On June 15, at 12 noon, at the UniCredit Theater of the Fortezza da Basso, Tommaso Nervegna, Accenture's Metaverse Strategy Lead, will introduce the theme of the metaverse and new customer buying behaviors in this space between the physical and the virtual that represents the next era of business in the fashion and luxury sector.
The talk will focus on overcoming linear and step-by-step journey models. With the advent of the Metaverse, a new space where immersive experiences and purchases are one-in-the-same, the traditional concept of the Customer Journey is evolving in favor of fluid interactions capable of guiding new intent.
