The brand Andrea Ventura was created on a crisp spring afternoon in Tuscany at the end of the '60s. It was the result of a victory on the Mugello circuit. The protagonists were a group of exceptional racing drivers at the wheel of a legendary car. And it is here where the story begins. Just a few hours before the start of the Grand Prix. The Count was in his room going over final details before the race. As always, elegant and in good spirits, never losing his aplomb even when he realized his racing shoes were missing. Shoes that are his good luck charms and above all his precision instruments for gauging acceleration and braking of his legendary Bugatti Type 35. Without shoes, however, there was no way he could participate in the race. A young Florentine designer succeeds, with the complicity of expert craftsmen, in the miracle of making a pair of shoes, according to the Count’s specifications: light, soft, flexible with soles which absolutely had to have red details. The Count wore them and won the race. The winner immediately asked to meet the person who had made those extraordinary shoes. His name was Andrea Ventura. Soft Emotions were born.
