The Balloon Museum is one of the special participations of this Pitti Uomo. As a project created by Lux Eventi, it is dedicated to inflatable art and was awarded as the best format in 2022. Over 2 million visitors in 12 months have admired site-specific works that place the viewer at the center of the experience.
At the Fortezza, in the Medici Pavilion, during the days of Pitti Uomo the artistic collective Hyperstudio stages Hyperstellar, an installation that revisits a universe where the audience is surrounded by infinite space and can admire a spectacle of lights and sounds. The presence of this artwork is linked to the collaboration that Balloon Museum has established with Husky. During the event, the brand presents the "12 Months Jacket" made with a special ultralight feather. With its minimal weight, the @HuskyBalloon jacket defies gravity but is also wearable artwork.
The @HuskyBalloon model will be represented alongside Hyperstellar, a site-specific creation conceived by the artistic collective Hyperstudio and produced by Balloon Museum for the Let's Fly exhibition, which will fly to New York in October 2023 but chooses the scenario of Pitti Uomo for its world premiere.
