DANWARD is an international, urban resort collection launched in 2013 by Creative Director Dan Ward. Based in Florence, the brand was established as a head-to-toe solution for elegant men who demand quality, love the understated, and who ooze a sexy sophistication.

Details and finishings are paramount for the brand, while shapes are honed to be sexy, yet refined and comfortable. Made in Italy, the garments are engineer to be functional and responsible. Colors are powerful, elevated and paired in unexpected combination, while graphics are modern, repetitive, but in a naive and emotive way.   

Dan’s fashion journey is long and rich, having led design and merchandising for many global brands, such as Hermès, Bally and Calvin Klein. Born in the American, he spent his youth on the beaches of Japan and has been living in Europe for the last 30 years. Dan is an avid swimmer and has combined is love of the sea, the sun, and the sense of freedom they evoke to create a unique swimwear offer.

In 2021, the brand extended to include its first ever, women capsule collection.
