The brand takes its name from José Celestino Mutis, the 18th-century botanist and explorer who led the Royal Botanical Expedition through Nueva Granada. Starting from this historical and poetic reference, Mutis creates fragrances as sensory maps: each perfume tells a personal story, a place, a memory or a fragment of Latin American identity.

The collections combine Italian perfumery craftsmanship with a vivid Colombian soul: tropical landscapes, mineral earth, humid forests, Caribbean rhythms, colonial cities and intimate memories become olfactory compositions with a refined contemporary language.
