Murphy&Nye, a reference brand in the Sailor Core world, founded in 1933 in Chicago, will be among the protagonists of Pitti Uomo 110.
In the Sala Grotte, the Spring/Summer 2027 collection will be presented, reinterpreting in a contemporary key the iconic garments that have made the brand a leader in the sector, blending nautical heritage with stylistic research.
Among the highlights is the Capsule Functional, inspired by 1990s retro aesthetics and defined by dual Sailor Core colorways and an evolved technical approach. Special focus is placed on footwear, developed in collaboration with Vibram technology: two boat shoe models featuring ultraflexible, ultragrip and ultralight soles are presented alongside sneakers designed for a seamless transition between city and sea.
The offering is completed by sailmaker-inspired accessories, created by enhancing the brand’s expertise in sail craftsmanship: an authentic combination of nautical functionality and design.
Inside the stand, a selection of photographs will also be displayed, recounting the brand’s history and its most important sailing competitions.
