Brand Profile
In 1978, Giacomo Ronzoni founded MINORONZONI srl in Bergamo, a company specializing in the production of leather accessories. During those years, casual fashion spread across Europe, creating a phenomenon that extended from clothing to lifestyle: jeans gained wide popularity, and consumerism gave rise to new trends.
While Minoronzoni began its first collaborations with the fashion industry for the production of belts and small leather goods, Giacomo Ronzoni seized the emerging cultural shift. His intuition, combined with a passion for fashion and accessories, fueled the company’s growth—soon establishing it as a leader in the sector and earning recognition from prestigious fashion houses, building long-lasting relationships.
Tradition, attention to detail, and the pursuit of high-quality materials are the hallmarks of Minoronzoni products, distinguished by an exclusive style and authentic Italian design. Today, Minoronzoni srl is a continuously growing company with around 400 employees, a broad network of representatives and consultants, and three proprietary brands: TOSCA BLU, LE PANDORINE, and MINORONZONI 1953.
In 2012, Giacomo Ronzoni embraced a new chapter in the company’s history by launching a new brand: Minoronzoni 1953. The brand entered the denim segment—an area deeply rooted in the company’s heritage—representing a “return to origins” in a familiar market that had evolved with sartorial influences for both men and women.
Carrying the founder’s name, Minoronzoni 1953 made its debut as a protagonist, offering a collection of vintage-inspired belts and accessories, complemented by bags, shoes, and leather jackets. Research, creativity, and fashion are its defining traits, which in just a few years have earned the brand strong appreciation worldwide.
