Azman Perfumes is an Emirati luxury brand founded in Dubai in 2021 by Husen Baba, with a vision to be the purveyor of curated olfactory experiences.

Azman, meaning Hours or Moments in Arabic, is reimagining Oud-based perfumes through a novel approach, where creation is led by whimsical emotions of the modern maverick.

Azman conceives scents using rare, almost-forgotten, ingredients of the highest quality from around the world with a touch of French expertise. Always conscious of the ‘wearability’ of the perfumes. Thus bringing a renewed enthusiasm to Oud perfumery.

Driven by beauty, creativity, and an insatiable curiosity, Husen’s journey has taken him from award-winning advertising to the art of perfumery. Crafting narratives for luxury brands like Harvey Nichols exposed him to a world of artistry, but it was fragrance that truly captivated him. Inspired by the industry’s greats, a chance dinner with Frédéric Malle led him to Grasse, France - the heart of haute perfumery - where he discovered his true calling. Now, as Artistic Director of Azman, he brings his vision to life through modern, evocative fragrances designed to enchant, disarm, and convert.
