Two dining areas with bar, gastronomy, restaurant, and delivery services.
After the success of last January, Filippo, the Versilia-based restaurant known for its tailor-made hospitality and cuisine, returns to the Fortezza for the next edition of Pitti Immagine Uomo.

At the fair, Filippo will set up two distinct dining areas, where traditional Tuscan dishes will alternate with fresh and summery options.

The first one, on the Attic Floor of the Central Pavilion, will offer Restaurant, Take-away Gastronomy, Bar, and Delivery services (this last one is reserved for exhibitors of the Central Pavilion). In line with the Pitti Games theme, Filippo presents a playful "challenge," bringing one of the cult recipes of the Versilia summer to Florence: spaghetti with arselle (tellinas). These are considered the gold of Versilia, and this recipe, although simple, requires patience and expertise to be prepared at its best.

In the Sala delle Nazioni, instead, "Filippo Easy lunch" will be the spot for a quick break with Take-away and Bar services. Here, traditional Tuscan hospitality will be combined with a touch of international flavor, thanks to the presence of Japanese chef Syuto Shinohara.
On the Attic Floor, we want to create a space where everyone feels comfortable, whether it's for a quick break or a working lunch. At the Sala delle Nazioni, we will offer a platform designed for an informal yet curious audience. Filippo Easy Lunch stands for fast, expressive cuisine, encapsulating our regional dishes in bite-sized portions: a brunch featuring Tuscan products and beyond, all in take-away form.
